Well, I'm almost at the end of my journey and ill have to say that I still don't regret choosing what I chose to be my senior project. I feel like I had a great experience and I had fun along the way. I learned a lot of new skills in how to bake. I know how to make a lot of different desserts, I learned way more ways on how I can decorate all my desserts, how to make a dessert to look professional and just the right way to make them taste absolutely delicious. From all these skills and from all the people I met along the way I'm going to take with me when I go to college and use that to help me fulfill my dreams. This project taught me how to communicate with others, how to be organized, how to have patience and how to make things fun out of what you do.

Certain things to do when icing a cake

When you ice a cake you cant ice it exactly when it comes out the oven. You have to wait until it cools off completely for you to ice it. You can even put it in the freezer before you ice it. When the cake is cooled off completely you take your icing of whatever you have, put the icing in the middle of the cake, take your spatula and spread it out from the middle to the sides. For your cake to come out nice you can't rush icing it, it takes time to come out the way you want. (: I just learned how to ice a cake properly without it having crumbs all over the top of it.

There is a bunch of culinary schools that are located in Florida that I can choose from. I'm starting to look more into colleges that are in a warm climate because I want to have fun also while I'm in school. Maybe when I think about opening my own restaurant I could have like a grill type of restaurant and have a nice tables that are outside where people can sit and enjoy their food while enjoying the nice beautiful weather. I just hope when I finally chose a college that I'm going to transfer to from MCC, it's a college that is perfect for me and something that I wont regret doing. Only time will tell...
