Creating my own recipe book

In the future I want to create my own recipe book. But instead of them being regular recipes I want them to be different recipes from Puerto Rico. I am interested in different types of desserts from all over the world. I want to taste and try to make them on my own. When I open my own restaraunt I want to have a huge collection of all different types of delicious desserts from all over the world. I think if I learn more about different things it will make my restaraunt way more interesting and it will bring in more customers. Maybe I can even open my own restaraunt in Puerto Rico or somewhere else besides New York. I want to meet a lot of different famous pastry chefs so I can learn from them and ask a lot of questions. I have a lot of different goals that I set for myself to do in the future.
