Mistakes -_-

Throughout my whole senior project id have to say that I made a lot of different mistakes but it can also be very annoying. When a community member bails on you or someone that's in your senior committee can't show up to one of your meetings really annoys me. Its not as hard as it seems but then again its not as easy as people make it seem either. I love my senior project and I don't regret what I chose to do at all but there was a lot of struggles I had to go through because of what I chose to learn. A lot of bakeries that I looked at and talked to they all told me that I have to be 18 to actually work in the bakery with them. At the time I was only 17 so that was a disadvantage for me because every single bakery that I tried to work in, I couldn't because of my age. Now that I'm learning more skills on  how to bake and decorate for your desserts and how to make them look very nice is starting to help me build more ideas. I want to start using the things I learned and show my friends and family what I learned and they can see how my work taste. I want to make my grandma especially a nice, beautiful cake because she absolutely loves cake and if she gets one from me I guarantee she would love it. From this experience maybe in the future I can reflect on this and see what my strengths and weaknesses are so it can help me pursue my career goals. I hope in the future if I open my own restaurant I can reflect on all the mistakes I made during this process and learn from them. Only time will tell...
