Almost over

It's almost at the end and even though I have to admit that I am very scared I am also very happy. I loved and enjoyed making every single dessert that I created. I had fun baking and the best part of it all was the decorating. My favorite things to make are big cakes. I find it to be the easiest thing from to follow and they always come out to be so nice in the end. There is  a million of different ways you can create a beautiful cake and I learned a bunch of different ways through my journey in making different desserts. I am going to take these skills that i've learned throughout the school year and really put them into good use for my future plans (:
